Data Collected In-Game Activities: 
To enrich your experience on our game server, we collect information about how you interact both with the games and with other players.
This information is primarily collected through Log Files, which record all actions performed on our servers while using our games and website.

Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any Madrigal Heroes server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform, to fulfill the legitimate purposes described in section 5 of this policy or until the user closes the user account, or requests the deletion of their data. Madrigal Heroes may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, Madrigal Heroes may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. By using our services, users agree to have their authentication information handled exclusively by Kinde, in accordance with its privacy policies and terms of service.

Payment Processing: 
We use the services of Stripe for the secure processing of payments from within our server.
When you purchase virtual currency on our server and games, your payment data, including your credit card or bank account information, is transferred to these payment service providers.
